The BALLARINI Brenta garnishing knife allows you to cut deep into any kind of meat without tearing the delicate fibres. For example, for larding the pockets you create with lardo (bacon) or l’aglio (garlic). You can also use the kitchen knife for chopping and cutting vegetables, herbs and fruit. The 9 cm blade runs to a point that also makes the knife perfect for preparing cold platters. Olives, gherkins and artichokes are all easily picked from jar and placed directly on the serving platter. That’s why the larding knife is also known as a garnishing knife. Your imagination knows no bounds with this knife and it’s ideal for preparing antipasti and much more. Thanks to its ergonomically designed plastic handle, the larding knife sits perfectly in your hand. The blade is made with German stainless steel and is especially resistant against corrosion. The larding and garnishing knife is also dishwasher-safe. However, we recommend cleaning it by hand.

  • Excellent for peeling, paring, and small slicing jobs
  • Fabricated from high quality German stainless steel for durability and strength
  • Satin-finished blade is tempered and honed for long-lasting sharpness
  • Stylish forged bolster and full tang adds safety and balance
  • Traditional three-rivet synthetic resin handle is curved for comfort and extremely durable
  • Dishwasher safe, hand washing recommended
  • Fully guaranteed against defects in material and/or craftsmanship
