TROPICAL BERRY LEMONADE
INGREDIENTS
(Fruity simple syrup)
1/3 cup each: Strawberries, blueberries, and peaches (sliced and pitted)
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
DIRECTIONS
In a Le Creuset 2.25 QT Saucier Pan, heat all ingredients on medium high heat until it boils. Reduce the heat to a simmer for 2-5 minutes (Until berries and peach are soft). Mash with a Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin Pure Potato Masher. Let the mixture sit and steep for 15 minutes. Place a Browne 8” Fine Mesh China Cap/Chinois Strainer over a large glass bowl and press mix through strainer to remove seeds, skin and pulp. Place juice in a TableCraft 1L Mason Jar Glass Cocktail Shaker. Then, place in fridge to cool and allow the flavors to continue to marry.
FOR THE LEMONADE
¾ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
3 cups water
Lots of ice
Garnish of your choice: Berries, fruit slices, mint, etc
COMPLETION
In a Kilner Vintage 8Lt Clip Top Drink Dispenser, add all the ingredients and a cup of ice. Adjust to taste regarding sugar, tartness, and fruit quality. Add ice to a chilled Libbey Glass Inverness Cooler 16.7oz. Serve with garnish.
