EmberGlo’s ES5 series steamer allows for advance preparation and refrigeratation until it is time to steam and serve. All the precious moisture, texture and flavour to foods can be maintained through the convenient use of steam heat.
The ES5 series are furnished with an adjustable lid hinge opening to either a 60° or 90° position. The hinge also includes counter-balanced springs to prevent the lid from slamming closed.
The ES5PBST portable manual push button model allows the unit to be easily moved and operated where a water line is not readily available. It has a self-contained, one gallon capacity water pan. This unit features a specially perforated tortilla food pan.
