The pans are made with a 6.4 mm thick sandwich base with an aluminum core to provide perfect heat distribution. The cast stainless steel handles are designed to not get hot to ensure your hands are safe at all times. The pans come with beautiful glass lids and feature convenient measurement markers on the inside. The cookware set features rims that were designed for easy pouring without dripping all over the place.
The Scanpan Impact cookware set is suitable for all cooking surfaces (including induction). All pieces are dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 260C / 500F. The cookware set is proudly made in Denmark.
