Lodge - 12" Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet

Best cast iron pan! - I had wanted to purchase a cast iron skillet for a long time. I hesitated because I was not sure whether I knew how to use it properly - heating, seasoning etc. I got this Lodge product because reviews indicated the brand as the best in cast iron. I figured that, with a little experience, I would figure out how to cook in it. Since I received the skillet, I have been using it to cook a variety of foods pretty much every day. It's a very solid, reliable product and actually easy to take care of. Pan seared meats and fish taste really different (ie, better and with a crunchier texture) from when cooked on a non-stick frying pan. I am very happy with the product and would highly recommend any Lodge prodcuts!
