This unit boasts a 1.5 hp motor with speed self-regulation system to achieve great results each time. This Turbo blender's 23" shaft is great for liquefying, pureeing, and blending to make delicious soups, sauces, pates, and more in your commercial kitchen. Also, replacing the power cord if it becomes worn or frayed isn't a problem because it was engineered to easily detach from the unit. 

The stainless steel bell and knife assembly easily disassemble for cleaning, while gears are housed in an all metal gear box for longevity. For comfort, an ergonomic handle reduces fatigue during use, while a locking button enables continuous operation during large jobs. The Robot Coupe MP600 Turbo requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
